Citizencentric and Querida Leadership are joining forces

A positive force for change.

It was a perfect match.

When Jay and Becky met for a coffee in early 2023, they found themselves in a 3-hour conversation about their visions to improve the communities, cities, and province where we live.

It all came back to one question.

“How can we be a positive force for change in the public systems that we rely so heavily on?”

After only one joint project, they knew that this partnership was destined to happen.

Their shared values and ideas allowed them to quickly see that what they were each trying to create through their own companies was the same thing.

So why try to change leadership development on your own when you can do it with other great minds?

What does this mean for you?

Becky and Jay are taking their combined 35 years of experience in public sector transformation and are thinking deeply about how we can positively change and make a difference in the public sector, exploring the best ways to lead and adapt in this digital age of artificial augmentation and fast changing landscape of work.

In the next few months, you can expect more of the great things you have come to expect from Becky and Jay.

We are challenging ourselves and challenging our clients to prepare a better future for our children by offering learning experiences that are more engaging and practical with brain-based, action-first, and technology-enabled learning.
