Citizencentric exists to transform how leadership and learning are designed and delivered in the public sector—so that leaders become more responsive, resilient, relational and resourceful. We do this by designing practical, values-driven learning experiences, guiding change with empathy and foresight, and building the capabilities that help leaders and teams thrive—today and into the future.

Why We Do What We Do

Leadership development is broken. Only 23% of leaders rate their training as high-quality, while most organizations still struggle to develop the leaaders they need. The gap comes from two places:
