Our Cancellation Policy
No cancellation fees will apply if you choose to cancel an event 21 calendar days or more prior to your event date.
If you cancel a seat reservation/event less than 21 calendar days, but more than 7 calendar days prior to an event, you will be charged 50% of the agreed prices for all booked goods and services.
If you cancel a seat reservation/event 7 calendar days or less prior to an event, you will be charged 100% of the agreed prices for booked goods and services.
Our Change Policy
Requested date changes must be made more than 7 days in advance.
In the event that you need to change your event date (and it’s already been confirmed), a 10% administration fee will be charged to reschedule.
